Our unit is located in
Peenya Industrial Estate, Bangalore , India, which is Asia’s largest
industrial estate, has an abundance of skilled labour to carry out
any type of complicated works. A team of technocrats with high
degree skills, a proven track record & performance, run the whole
set up since three decades. |
Raw materials undergo
various tests like chemical composition, mechanical properties test,
micro structure test and ultrasonic crack detection test for
forgings e.t.c and keeping in tune with the stringent requirements
of our customers , only those materials which pass all these tests
are taken up for manufacture. Finished gears are checked for lead
and profile errors on our Frenco Lead and Profile Tester. Specially
made master gears are used to check pitch circle run out on our
Goulder Mikron Gear Roll Tester. These special equipments compliment
our use of other regular instruments which are procured from world
renowned makers. |
